Clive and Jon teamed up together in 1996 to head the Football in the Community Department. Jon had previously played for the club since 1993 in the youth system and gained a professional contract in 1995. Since then Jon has enjoyed a successful Semi-Professional career.
Before teaming up together Clive was a qualified Social Worker. Since teaming up both Clive an Jon have gone on to gain their UEFA 'A' Licence's and they have seen the scheme go from strength to strength, with the Community Trust now having 8 full time staff and 70 plus part time staff. Clive responsibilities include administration, staffing, staff development and quality standards for the scheme. Jon responsibilities include looking at the direction, developemnt and quality of the scheme.
Luke Sharps

Luke joined the scheme in 1997 as a Junior Development Officer, being recruited on the Y.T.S scheme. In 2002 Luke was appointed as the schemes Black and Ethnic Officer, where he worked on the project over a 5 year programme. Luke still overseas this project along with the running of our Tiny Tots and Mini Soccer sessions at various locations around the town. Luke also co-ordinates our Schools programme. Luke currently holds his F.A Level 2 coaching badge.
Shane Hewlett

Shane has worked for FITC on a part time basis for many years, he became a full time member of the team in 2005, when he was seconded across to run the FITC Soccer Centres. Shane is a vital member of the team whose other responsibilities include increasing participation and opportunity for children, and developing the part time coaches and coaching programme. Shane currently holds the F.A Level 2 badge.
Adam Greaney

Adam started as a Community Officer in 2005, after graduating from Leeds University where he studied Sport & Recreation. Adam has a dual role coordinating the Disability Programme Strategy and Fund Raising Applications. Adam also has taken on the role of office manager. Adam currently holds the F.A Level 2 coaching badge.
Tim Hall

Tim is the Football Development Officer responsible for the Twilight Programme and coaching. Tim also supports the administration team and takes the lead on Website Updates. Tim currently also looks after the Adult Five a Side League. Tim currently holds the F.A Level 2 coaching badge.
Beth Thompson

Beth is the newest member to the team joining in November 2009. Beth is the office administrator and also looks after our Extra Time Project for both Males annd Females over the age of 60. Beth currently holds her F.A. Level 2 coaching badge.
Lewis Dancer

Lewis is the schemes Junior Community Officer and is responsible for the preperation of kit and equipment. Lewis will also support administration and coaching. Lewis currently holds his Level 1 coaching badge and is also working towards his Level 2 badge.
Joe O'Brien

Joe has been involved in local county football for the last 40 years. He comes from a business background and will provide Administration and Business Development Support.
